We established the Transformat10n Lab in 2014 to provide a service we felt like was missing in Middle Tennessee:

“The ability to accurately and consistently track changes in your body”

Most of us have access to a scale which can tell us changes in body weight, but it’s much more difficult to drill down changes in lean muscle, fat, and metabolic rate. We’re here to help answer the questions like, “What is my body composition?” or “How does my metabolism compare?”

At the Lab, we pledge to be:

Accurate – We take great care to ensure that the both equipment we use and the technicians who operate it are the best in the industry. We demand the highest standards of calibration and maintenance. We guarantee you will walk away with data you can be confident in to inform your health and fitness journey.
Accessible – Our testing facility is minutes from downtown Nashville with testing availability each week (and even some weekends). Have a question about your results or applying them to your programming? Contact us! One of our staff members will get back with you in a timely manner.
Professional – We’ve brought in an all-star staff with diverse backgrounds in physiology, health, and nutrition. Our FiTNet program expands beyond our walls connecting you with Nashville’s finest in fitness, nutrition, and therapy.
Supportive – Finding top-notch service these days can be a challenge and we’re proud to be there for our clients before, during, and after they set foot in our lab. We’ve created an atmosphere that is comfortable and encouraging whether you are a pro athlete or just starting your health journey for the first time.
