Jeremy B – Transformat10n Challenge

Jeremy, a Nashville firefighter, held it down for our local heroes in our second ever Transformat10n Challenge event. Determined to stay healthy for his young son and to inspire his wife to catch the fitness bug, Jeremy entered the event expecting to be successful. His results did not disappoint. In the process, he shattered the impression of what many thought was achievable in a 12 week timeframe. Jeremy’s relentless drive in his workouts along with his consistency in his diet and supplementation secured his spot as our overall winner in this contest.

From a 12-week standpoint, Jeremy’s numbers were absolutely ridiculous: He lost 38.8 pounds of fat while still gaining just over 5 pounds of lean mass. The result was a double digit drop in body fat percentage bringing him into a much healthier range for longevity. Jeremy chose Noah’s Ark Society Nashville to receive 50% of his grand prize.
