Grant G – Ten Weeks to Turkey
Grant entered the Ten Weeks to Turkey Challenge expecting to focus on weight loss before the holidays. Little did he know, he was headed for a full-body transformation. Grant credits consistent progressive weight training and proper fueling (and most importantly, his gym buddy who helped shift his mindset) for the 17.4 pounds of fat he lost, AND the 9.1 pounds of lean mass gained. And in case you’re wondering, that’s $356 to put toward his Christmas shopping. We’d say Grant earned it!
