Chris J – Transformat10n Challenge
Chris joined the inaugural Transformat10n event as a full-time student at TSU. His 12 week goal was to find a way to gain muscle and still decrease his body fat percentage. He followed a clean, high calorie, high protein diet to keep his muscles fed and growing. The college cafeteria left him with limited options, but he was able to develop a solid whole food foundation and work in some nutritional supplements to fill any voids make sure his body was getting everything it needed.
Chris’s disciplined diet and workouts were the keys to his success in the competition, ending up with a total body transformation — 10 pounds of fat lost and 5 pounds of muscle gained! Chris went on to claim the top prize in the 2013 Transformat10n event and chose 2nd Harvest Food Bank (Middle Tennessee) to receive 50% of his grand prize.
