Trevor B – Transformat10n Challenge

It’s one thing to make progress when you go through a season of life that affords time to really hone in on your health and fitness (hint — we’ve found these don’t come about very often).  It’s quite another to just make it happen regardless of life’s conditions and circumstances — 4:30 AM wake-ups, regular work travel, nagging injuries, etc.  Trevor’s life would definitely coincide with the latter as he not only serves as VP of a health services company,  but also dad to two young children.

After the birth of his second child, Trevor doubled down on his fitness routine, finding time (hello early mornings) to work in consistent strength training and dial in his nutrition.  He was able to use his Bod Pod test history from the past several years to set realistic goals/expectations.  He was also an active participant in implementing weekly habits around sleep, stress management, and supplementation throughout the challenge.

His results speak for themselves:  18.5 pounds of body fat gone and a total decrease of 6.9% on his total body fat percentage in just twelve weeks.  Trevor was rewarded for his hard work with the title of overall male winner in the annual Transformat10n Challenge and a check for $2,000 — half of which will go to his favorite local non-profit: Steve’s Club Nashville.  Congrats Trevor!
