Nick J – Ten Weeks to Turkey
Nick claimed top honors (and a one-year supply of protein powder) in our inaugural fall challenge: Ten Weeks to Turkey. While the theme of the challenge was centered around entering the holidays in peak shape rather than a downward slide, Nick had another date circled on his calendar — the due date for his second daughter.
Nick tightened up his nutrition and workout routine and dropped a total of 19.3 pounds of fat. While this is quite a feat in and of itself — he also managed to gain 2.4 pounds of lean mass!
Sure enough, a week before post-testing Nick and his wife welcomed a new baby girl into the world. His ability to stay consistent and make progress during what can often be a challenging time of transition makes his final result all-the-more impressive. The only bad news for Nick? As you can see from his 3D scans below, Nick’s going to be shopping for some new clothes — along with those diapers — over the holidays.
