Move more, eat more — right? Kristen was already a dedicated workout fiend before starting the Transformat10n Challenge, but saw her body shift into another gear when she learned to fuel it properly by actually eating enough! Says Kristen, “After many years of eating disorders and every trick in the book, I finally realized that FOOD was what I needed to lose [fat].” This shift in mindset was Kristen’s most valued takeaway from the challenge, but she also left behind over 18 pounds of fat and 4 inches off her waist.
