Heather T – Transformat10n Challenge
Heather demonstrated the power of resistance training and its role in improving body composition. Teaming up with her personal trainer at Next Level Fitness, Heather hit the weights while also dialing in her nutrition – supplementing where needed. Her corresponding gain in lean muscle made her anything but bulky. In fact, Heather dropped her body fat percentage from 34.3% all the way to 20.1%. She took home our challenge award for greatest body fat percentage change and left the contest as a very “fit mom.”
