Bridget S – Ten Weeks to Turkey 2018
Having competed in previous challenges at the Transformat10n Lab, Bridget says this challenge taught her the most about herself thus far. With a hectic work schedule, she always thought making body composition progress had to go down the priority list until that glorious day when she can finally find time to prep 6 meals a day and dedicate 7 days a week to training.
Then it hit her — maybe that’s not the only option. Bridget decided she would train 3 times per week and set realistic nutrition goals for herself.
